You will achieve more plush upholstery by carefully hand-teasing the fillings into even layers. This mattress can be returned if you inform our Customer Service team within 14 days after delivery. The mattress must not be damaged, marked or soiled. We recommend using a mattress protector during this period to avoid any possible damage.
We’ll raise any refunds when the goods have been returned, processed and checked for damages. Your refund will generally reach your payment method within 5 working days.
Our guarantee aims to protect our customers for a fixed time. To demonstrate our confidence in our products and undoubtedly our reputation, we will repair or replace the faulty component if your mattress topper fails within the set guarantee period. We will bear the expense of correcting faulty workmanship or components.
This mattress topper is guaranteed for 2 years, meaning it should be usable, showing only normal signs of 2 years of wear and tear. However, there should be no complete failure of components. If you believe this is the case, then all you have to do is to contact us.
