Our mattress core is constructed of 1500 Reactive Pocket Springs that have diamond pockets of air between them, ensuring that you are fully supported throughout the night as well as allowing the air to circulate throughout your mattress effectively. On the day of delivery, the customer must ensure that all obstructions are removed and that any valuables are safeguarded against accidental damage. The courier company or Winston’s Beds, will not be held responsible for removing furniture or other items from any room into which the mattress or bed are not being delivered.
Please note: Our courier may ask you to sign a property damage waiver before they take any item upstairs, if this is not ok, please advise us prior, and we will only be able to offer doorstep delivery. Winstons Beds cannot be held liable for any damages to property if a waiver is signed or not signed.
