After looking around showrooms such as Dreams, amongst others, I was left thoroughly confused, until I came across Winstons. I was pretty anxious about buying a mattress online, as I have never done it before, but I needn’t have been! The website is easy to digest and packed with useful information( which can be daunting) however if you take time to read and understand it, it all starts to make sense. Still being hesitant I have Winstons Beds a call and they filled me with the confidence needed to go ahead with the purchase. Delivery was excellent, my mattress was taken to my room of choice with all rubbish being disposed off. As soon as the mattress was unwrapped and laid upon my bed I I knew straight away that it was high quality just from its appearance. It exceeded my expectations. Everyone’s different, but my experience of the mattress has been superb. Easily the best mattress I have owned and the best mattress company I have dealt with.

This was my second time buying a mattress online. First time from amazon and god that was a dreadful experience. I paid just shy of £1k and got a hard (advertised soft) cheap looking light as a feather mattress. They refused to refund me and I had to go through amazon to get my money back. I thought it would be best to go to the stores but all I got in there were pushy salesmen who said the exact same thing about every mattress. I decided In the end to go with someone every knows and most say good things about EVE. I looked at what it had inside and decided to google memory foam and up came winstons beds. They had written a whole article about memory foam and when I went through there website there was tons of information on how to buy the right mattress. I especially loved there video guides which were straight to the point. I ended up spending nearly £2k more and purchased one of there best natural mattresses in a soft tension. After having the mattress for 4 months it is divine. I sleep so well. Winstons have also been great, there customer service, website, couriers and products are amazing

Top notch bed set and mattress. My Winstons delivery arrived yesterday (helpful delivery drivers). My verdict so far is that it is wonderful. I was anxious that it might be slightly too firm for myself and that I would have to wear it in, however my first nights sleep on it was incredibly comfortable. I ended up buying from Winstons beds because I needed a soft mattress and they were hard to find in the higher end of the mattress market. After a online chat with Adam I opted for a soft tension 1500 wool mattress. Adam advised me that delivery would be between 4-6 weeks and I did receive my mattress in the 4th week. The mattress itself is lovely, comfortable and luxurious, which is what I like. I am very happy with my new bed and would recommend Winstons Beds to anyone needing a new mattress.
Delivery was also excellent, mattress was taken to room of choice and rubbish was taken away. This was especially handy as the mattress itself is very heavy and would not have been able to do it myself.

We’re just under a month in, but we have nothing but great things to say about our Winstons 1500 wool mattress!
When we looked to furnish our new flat, we knew we would spend more time on our mattress than anywhere else, so this is why we decided that it was worthwhile to spend a bit more in order to sleep well.

We has been needing a new mattress for a long while but the problem was which one to buy! After months of research into different types and manufacturers, we were completely boggled. After a really stuffy and uncomfortable night sleeping on memory foam at a hotels, we decided to go with a traditional pocket sprung mattress. No doubt the best mattress ever. Previously purchased an expensive memory foam mattress, but have reverted back to a traditional pocket sprung. It feels like you’re floating when laying on it. The mattress has improved my backache entirely (which used to wake me in the night due to the pain) now I sleep through.

Myself and my husband have suffered two years of awful disturbed sleep and very sore backs . After purchasing our Winstons bed mattress we are now sleeping so well ,we don’t want to get up in the morning. All the back pain has now gone. Thank you Winstons Beds! Worth every penny!

I have had my new bed for a month now. I must say that it has improved my sleep, the bed is firm but comfortable at the same time. My whole body feels supported throughout the night. Our old mattress was so uncomfortable it gave my partner a bad back and I only slept for a couple of hours at a time, tossing and turning.
We chose Winstons after a lot of research, after reading their guides and others, we believed they were the right fit for us. We liked the wide range of materials used to make the mattress and that they were made to order.

Bought this a few weeks ago, the mattress is great! I had my old mattress for a very long time and it was starting to effect my sleep because the springs were starting to dig in my back. I have had my mattress for 3 weeks now and I can easily say it’s the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in a very long time. Previous to this mattress I had a IKEA mattress which cost my significantly less. The IKEA mattress remained comfortable for 6 months and then i started to feel springs in my back. This was not ideal and therefore I did my research and found out about bonnel and pocket springs. My IKEA was a Bonnel spring and this is why is went bad so quick. My research told me that you get what you pay for. So I bought a more expensive mattress this time and 3 weeks in I am very happy.
I shall let you know more after 6 months.
