I was impressed by the web site and all the information given. Placing the order was simple and easy and the after sales was excellent. The mattress itself is wonderfully comfortable and i cannot fault winstons beds at all. Sadly the delivery company would not take my mattress upstairs without me signing a waiver for damage liability because i had art work going up my wall. They stated also that the staircase was narrow with a high potential of the artwork being damaged if i did not take it down, the staircase is 2ft width by 5ft height so how is it narrow. Anyhow i signed it and low and behold no damage! Hence the 4 star instead of five.

Great purchase, lovely mattress with a real quality finish and excellent customer service, would definitely buy again from this company.

I haven’t had my Winstons mattress very long, but I love the comfort and support of it. I sleep for longer and with less disturbance throughout the night. I would recommend Winstons to anybody needing to purchase a new mattress.

Fantastic mattress

Before I bought this Winstons mattress I woke up every morning with a back, neck and hip ache and I had to get out of bed, feeling utterly unrested.
Now that I have my new mattress it’s a totally different story – I don’t even want to get out of bed, it’s so comfortable! The mattress is supportive while at the same time moulds to my shape perfectly.
Very happy with my purchase, my husband also loves this mattress!

My wife is waiting for a knee and hip replacement and found our old bed very uncomfortable and would not have a good nights sleep,causing her to wake at up throughout the night. But after receiving our Winstons mattress she says this bed gives her the best nights sleep in years and I cant get her out of it in the mornings. She says it feels like she is sleeping on a cloud.

This mattress was initially out of our price range, however with the option of finance we were able to purchase it and it was the best decision we ever made. My husband suffers with very bad back pains due to his work, however since sleeping on our Winstons mattress these pains have improved massively. This mattress shave made such a difference to our lives. Really recommend spending the extra bit of money for a great quality mattress.

Lovely comfortable bed.

We have had our Winstons mattress for a week now and a most comfortable sleep we’ve had for a long time. The mattress supports us well without being like a board and is nice and cool throughout the night, which is a issue we suffered with our last mattress. Well done Winstons, a fine piece of craftsmanship.

I bought a Winstons premium cotton mattress to replace a very good mattress that I had used for many years. I have been very please that my new mattress is very well made, supportive and extremely comfortable. I am also glad that it is made with natural fibres such as cotton, because I don’t find memory foam very comfortable as it can cause over heating.

All I can say is that money can buy happiness as well as a good nights sleep. Fab customer service and an outstanding product. I have since purchased another Winstons mattress for my daughter.

Bought two single mattress for my two boys in a soft tension. My sons are only 7 and 9 but after researching about mattresses I realised no matter their age they do need a good quality mattress and this is what led me to Winstons.

My boys love really love their mattresses and sleep throughout the night without any complaints.

I used to have a dreadful bad back from sleeping on cheaper mattresses, so I decided to purchase a more expensive mattress this time around. My new mattress is extremely comfortable and is well worth the price any day of the week. You only get one back!
I am really prone to tension headaches too and am happy to report this has helped.
If your partner moves a lot during the night again, the Winstons mattress helps massively with this. You can be sitting on one side of the bed and my partner jumping on the mattress barely moves me, it’s a weird feeling but it is really something special.

Very happy with mattress I have purchased. It provides the right mix of support and comfort I found it superior to the one year old Tempur bed/mattress we also have in our spare room. I was suffering back and hip pain from our old mattress, which stopped from the first night of using our Winstons mattress. Still early days but so far so good.

Mattress came exactly as described and looks identical to the pictures. We have had our mattress for two weeks now and so far so good.

So comfy, really happy with my new mattress it’s far more support than my old Somnus mattress.

I suffer with arthritis in my back and hips and the Winstons mattress gives the softness of my old memory foam mattress for my joints but the added support needed for my spine, whether I’m sleeping on my back or side it is comfortable. Its also a lot cooler than my old memory foam mattress. Delivery time was okay 5/6 weeks and it was delivered in the 5th week. The delivery men were very helpful and took my mattress to my room of choice, put in on my bed and took away the packaging.

After years of no sleep and neck pain, I am finally getting 8hrs of undisturbed sleep and my neck pain has improved significantly.

My wife & I needed a new mattress but, because of Lockdown and the restrictions we could not visit a showroom to try out various brands or their different range’s. We were hesitant at first to buy from the internet without trying it out however we felt, in the end, there was no other option!
The mattress arrived on the date & time specified and I have to say the mattress was heavier than I had imagined but, once the mattress was placed on our bed by the delivery men my first impressions were that it looked pretty great.
We have had the mattress for two weeks now and are incredibly happy with it.

Good mattress! Within the first week my back pain had disappeared. Have had it for 4 weeks now, and still no back pain. My partner has arthritis, and has noticed a reduction in her pain in the morning. So overall a happy customer.

I ordered the Winstons 1500 Pocket Mattress with a firm rating as I was replacing my old orthopaedic mattress. Before my Winstons Beds mattress I had been getting been getting neck pain when waking up most mornings and assumed this was normal getting old problems.

When looking for my new mattress I was quite tempted to get the bed in a box as they appear to have so many great deals, but after speaking to several mattress shops I was told that these mattress would not be good as I suffer with aches and pains and that they would only make them worse.

Therefore when I came across Winstons I was convinced to pay a little bit more so a hand made quality mattress and I am glad I chose this one, as it is not too hot, there are springs for extra support and it has excellent temperature control. My neck pains have gone as soon as I slept on it but felt I should wait a month at least before writing my review.

Overall, I am very happy with this mattress and will follow the instructions on turning it.
The bonus to my purchase was the room of chose delivery option which is essential with these mattresses as they are incredibly heavy!
