Should an imperfection, which is due to faulty materials or workmanship, become apparent in your mattress, we will repair or replace it for free. There are very few other mattresses in the world that can be used each night and still be guaranteed for 30 years.

Featuring a central support system that consists of 1,500 individual reactive pocket springs, our mattress is designed to adapt to your natural sleeping position, distribute weight evenly and prevent night-time movement from waking your partner. Starting from the outside and working towards the centre, the filling includes a layer of Hypoallergenic White Fibre for extra cushioning. This is followed by a layer of Premium Cotton, Premium Insulator and a final layer of Coir Fibre. The pocket springs are placed in the middle and the layered filling is repeated on the other side. The mattress boasts an innovative pillow top that adds an extra layer of comfort. 16 built-in chrome air vents help air to circulate and allow the mattress to breathe, while a layer of insulation keeps the mattress warm in cooler weather. Please note: Our mattresses and beds are delivered by our courier at a pre-notified delivery time to the delivery address stated on the order. Any change of address may incur a charge.
Please note: Responsibility for any mattress or bed, once ordered, will rest with the customer who must ensure that the mattress or bed will fit through relevant doors and passageways. On the day of delivery, the customer must ensure that all obstructions are removed and that any valuables are safeguarded against accidental damage. The courier company or Winston’s Beds, will not be held responsible for removing furniture or other items from any room into which the mattress or bed are not being delivered.
Please note: Our courier may ask you to sign a property damage waiver before they take any item upstairs, if this is not ok, please advise us prior, and we will only be able to offer doorstep delivery. Winstons Beds cannot be held liable for any damages to property if a waiver is signed or not signed. If a damage waiver is not requested to be signed by the courier please contact the courier company regards to any damages.
