• Place an order. Your trial starts when your mattress is delivered.
• Enjoy a superior night’s sleep on your mattress.
• If you decide the mattress is not quite right for you after a minimum of 80 nights and a maximum of 100 nights, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request.
• A Winstons mattress expert will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your return. You will need to provide images of your mattress, and we will guide you on the next steps. Please note that returns are subject to a standard handling fee to account for usage.

Should i keep the plastic wrap on during the trial?

No, you don’t need to keep the plastic wrap on. To truly assess if the mattress is the right fit for you, it’s best to experience it without the noisy plastic cover it comes in.

Why does my mattress depth differ from what is advertised?

The depth of a mattress can vary by up to +/- 2cm. This variation is due to the natural fillings used in our mattresses, which can compress differently during the manufacturing process. Unlike synthetic materials, natural fillings have unique characteristics that cause slight depth variations. This is an industry-standard and a common trait of mattresses made with 100% natural materials.

Is it okay to sit on the edge of my mattress?

Although it might be convenient to sit on the edge of your mattress, especially when getting in or out of bed, it’s not recommended. Doing so places concentrated pressure on the edge springs, which can eventually damage the border stitching. Additionally, allowing children to bounce on the bed can harm the springs and reduce the mattress’s lifespan and comfort. To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your mattress, it’s best to avoid these actions.
