How long is my guarantee?

Your Winstons Beds mattress comes with an impressive 30-year guarantee. This extensive guarantee reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that your mattress will provide unparalleled comfort and support for decades. What is Covered?

  • Migration or clumping of filling
  • Springs sticking out of the mattress
  • Mattress case stitching coming apart
  • Sagging, or sinking. The sagging depth is two inches (2″)
  • Faulty workmanship during manufacture, such as fabric flaws or holes, fillings escaping from the product

What is not Covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by abuse or unexpected wear and tear
  • If any animals have been allowed to walk or sleep on the product
  • Inspecting, servicing or cleaning of the product
  • Any failure to follow our care instructions
  • Deliberate damage or neglect of the product
  • If there is evidence of misuse, product abuse or use other than domestic by you or your household

How do i make a claim?

If your Winstons Beds mattress shows any imperfections due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To make a claim, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of noticing the issue. We will arrange for a technician to visit your home at a time that suits you.
