We’re confident you’ll love your new mattress from the first night, but we offer you 100 nights to be certain. This period allows your body ample time to fully adjust. If you decide to return your mattress, please notify our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 99 days of delivery. The mattress must be in pristine condition, free from damage, marks, or stains. To prevent any potential damage, we highly recommend using a mattress protector during this time.
Our guarantee aims to protect our customers for a fixed time. To demonstrate our confidence in our products and undoubtedly our reputation, we will repair or replace the faulty component if your mattress or bed base fails within the set guarantee period. We will bear the expense of correcting faulty workmanship or components.
Our mattresses and beds are guaranteed for 30 years, meaning they should be usable, showing only normal signs of 30 years of wear and tear. However, there should be no complete failure of components. If you believe this is the case, then all you have to do is to contact us.
