What is included in white glove services

White glove services include the following:

• Inspection and Preparation: Once the mattress or bed arrives at the depot responsible for delivery, it is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards and then prepared for transportation.
• Scheduling: The delivery company coordinates the delivery schedule with the customer. They will send a text or email notification, including a timeslot for the delivery.

On the Day of Delivery: The delivery team will:

1. Greet the customer at their home.
2. Place the item in the room of the customer’s choice.
3. Unpack the item.
4. Assemble the bed or mattress if necessary.
5. Remove all packaging and debris from the premises.

This service offers a convenient, hassle-free delivery experience, ensuring that everything is properly set up and ready to use.

Is the white glove service free?

Yes, white glove service is free within 100 miles of the nearest depot to your home. For locations beyond this distance, customers should inquire to confirm if the service remains free or if any additional charges apply.

Is your home address eligible for white glove delivery?

We cannot guarantee white glove delivery to all areas. Below, you’ll find the zip codes for each of our depots. Please use Google Maps to check the distance between the nearest depot and your home. If you are located more than 100 miles from a depot, white glove services are not automatically available. In that case, we recommend calling us to check if we can provide the service and if any additional charges apply. Customers within 100 miles of a depot automatically receive white glove services at no extra cost.

What happens if white glove services are not available?

If white glove services are not available, FedEx will deliver the product directly to your home, but it will be delivered outside the residence rather than brought inside or assembled.

Can you remove my old mattress and bed?

Yes, we offer removal services for $100 per item. To request this, please specify which items you would like removed in the order notes section at checkout. Once your new item has been dispatched, we will send you an invoice, which can be easily and securely paid online using a credit or debit card.

What happens if i miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery because you are not at home during the scheduled delivery window, a redelivery fee of $149.99 will apply, which must be paid before arranging a new delivery date.
