Good quality sleep is vital for health. Unfortunately, experiencing joint pain due to arthritis can make it challenging to get comfortable and can disrupt sleep. It is essential for people with arthritis to ensure their mattress avoids putting excessive pressure on their joints, supports the body and helps keep the spine aligned. It is also essential to maintain the mattress quality and change it when it shows signs of deterioration, as this can cause additional joint pain.
