How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Are There any Additional Charges Beyond the Delivery fee?

International deliveries might incur taxes or duties payable upon import. These are the customer’s responsibility and non-payment may result in delivery delays.

Do you Provide a 2-man Room of Choice or White Glove Service?

From the day you place your order, we aim to dispatch your order within 8 weeks. Once dispatched, our reliable delivery partner, Fed Ex, will ensure your order arrives at your delivery address anywhere in the USA within 14 working days from leaving our factory. Please note, deliveries are made palletised to the front of your home.

While our international deliveries made by Fed Ex do not include white glove services, we encourage you to reach out to us before purchase. We will explore available options and aim to cater to your specific needs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the international delivery information before placing an order. We cannot be held liable once an item has been shipped or collected from our factory if the customer requires white glove services, as FedEx does not provide this service.

What is Your Delivery Timeline?

We endeavour to dispatch international orders within 8 weeks. Once dispatched, Fed Ex typically delivers within 14 working days. Please be aware that these dates are estimates provided by Fed Ex, and Winstons cannot be held accountable for any delays, nor can orders be cancelled due to such delays.

What if my Order is Damaged Upon Arrival?

Rest assured, all our international orders are fully insured. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged order, please decline the delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement on expedited timelines. Damage incidents are exceedingly rare with our deliveries.

Can I Cancel my Order Once it has Been Placed?

You have 48 hours from the time your order is placed to cancel it. After this period, we begin ordering the necessary materials to craft your order. If you cancel after 48 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 50% will apply for mattresses and mattress toppers, depending on the model. Please note that bed bases and headboards cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Additionally, if the order has already been shipped or collected from our factory by FedEx, the shipping fee will be non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with proof of the shipping cost at that time.
