We endeavour to dispatch international orders within 8 weeks. Once dispatched, DHL typically delivers within 5 working days. Please be aware that these dates are estimates provided by DHL, and Winstons cannot be held accountable for any delays, nor can orders be cancelled due to such delays.
Rest assured, all our international orders are fully insured. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged order, please decline the delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement on expedited timelines. Damage incidents are exceedingly rare with our deliveries.
We do offer a 45-day return period for international customers. However, we currently don’t provide exchanges for international orders due to the high costs associated with delivering a new mattress and managing the return delivery. If you choose to return within this 45-day period, the associated return shipping costs must be covered by the customer which will be quoted on notification by the customer of wanting to return.
