Each Winston’s Beds product is delivered fresh from the factory and carefully vacuum-packed from our UK factory floor straight to your home. We have put strict hygiene policies in place to ensure the safety of you our customer and our couriers. Once your order is placed on our website and the payment is confirmed, we will start getting your order ready. Within 72 hours of your mattress being collected from our factory floor, our courier will contact you to confirm a delivery date. You will also receive a 3-hour time slot and a call 30 minutes prior to arrival on the day of delivery to let you know when your mattress will be arriving.
