What is Covered?

  • Migration or clumping of filling
  • Springs sticking out of the mattress
  • Mattress case stitching coming apart
  • Sagging, or sinking. The sagging depth is two inches (2″)
  • Faulty workmanship during manufacture, such as fabric flaws or holes, fillings escaping from the product

What is not Covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by abuse or unexpected wear and tear
  • If any animals have been allowed to walk or sleep on the product
  • Inspecting, servicing or cleaning of the product
  • Any failure to follow our care instructions
  • Deliberate damage or neglect of the product
  • If there is evidence of misuse, product abuse or use other than domestic by you or your household

How do I Make a Claim?

Should an imperfection, which is due to faulty materials or workmanship, become apparent in your Winston’s Beds mattress, the company will endeavour to repair or replace it free of charge. To make a claim please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of the incident occurring. A technician will be sent to your home at a mutually convenient time.
